At 150 cm, the VF1000 is the longest display fridge in the range that still features a single access door to the storage compartment. Two functions in a single footprint

The display fridge solves two things at once: it displays merchandise across 150 cm of curved glass front and, underneath, provides a storage compartment of nearly the same length with 25 cm of height. In a shop where every square metre has a monthly cost, the space beneath the display fridge is no longer wasted.

Temperature range and its limits

The display fridge operates at +2/+8 °C, with static cooling by natural convection and no fan inside the cabinet — the only fan cools the refrigeration unit's condenser. This is exactly the right range for cold cuts, cheeses, packaged dairy and vacuum-packed meat.

For the same reason, it is not suitable for unwrapped fresh meat, minced meat, offal, unwrapped poultry, fish on ice or frozen goods: these require humidity control and stricter temperature thresholds. Request a quote for a butcher shop display fridge and we will recommend the right model.

Why curved glass

The curve opens up the viewing angle so that products are visible from the side as well as from the front, and the continuous surface gives the display fridge the classic deli-counter appearance. The same display fridge with a flat front is the VF1000D.

Food-grade materials

The interior is made from food-grade stainless steel: chemically neutral, with no transfer of taste or odour, and a smooth surface that is quick to sanitise. The exterior combines painted steel with the toughened glass of the front panel. LED lighting renders the colours of cold cuts and cheeses accurately, without adding heat load inside the cabinet.

Installation and maintenance

Connects to a standard single-phase socket. After transport, leave the unit upright for a few hours before switching on for the first time, and level it using the adjustable legs. Leave a minimum of 10 cm clear at the back and sides for condenser ventilation. Routine maintenance: clean with neutral detergents, check the condenser periodically, keep the drain clear. Weight, warranty and delivery

The display fridge weighs approximately 80 kg, so unloading and positioning in the shop requires two people. Check the access route in advance: door widths, any thresholds and, if applicable, manoeuvring space at corners.
