How long does delivery of a display fridge take?
For bulky equipment you have three options: Express Delivery (24–48h), Freight Exchange (5–7 working days) or Consolidated Delivery (7–14 working days) — you choose at checkout. Small parts and accessories arrive by courier in 24–48h, with easybox delivery available too.
Do you build display fridges to custom dimensions?
Yes — we're manufacturers, so we build display fridges to your dimensions and requirements, right in our workshop in Găești. Send us a quote request and you'll receive the configuration and price within 24 working hours.
What warranty does the equipment come with?
All equipment is covered by warranty in line with current legislation, and as the manufacturer we provide spare parts and technical support even after the warranty expires. Full details are on the Warranty terms page.
How can I pay for my order?
Online by card (secure processing via NETOPIA), by bank transfer (you receive the details by email and can upload your payment order directly on the order page) or cash on delivery with a 30% deposit within 150 km of our premises.
Do you issue invoices for companies?
Yes. At checkout, select "Company", enter your CUI, and your company's billing details are filled in automatically from the trade register. The invoice is issued electronically.
Do you supply public institutions via SEAP?
Yes — on request, we list products in the SEAP/SICAP catalogue. On every product page you'll find the "List on SEAP" button: fill in your institution's details and we'll get back to you quickly with the specifics.
Can I collect the product in person?
Of course — pickup from our premises in Găești, Dâmbovița county is free. We'll schedule the pickup day together and help you load up.
