The 300 cm VF1000 is the first configuration in the series featuring three doors for access to the storage compartment. At this length, the display fridge integrates into the store's internal logistics: stock sits directly beneath the displayed merchandise, and restocking can be done from three points without crossing the aisle.

Suitable product ranges

Cold cuts, salamis, ham and meat preparations, whole or sliced. Packaged cheeses and dairy products. Vacuum-packed or supplier-pre-packaged meat. Salads, semi-prepared dishes and ready-made packaged meals. In short, anything kept at +2/+8 °C that reaches the customer in packaging.

What falls outside its scope: unwrapped fresh meat, minced meat, offal, unwrapped poultry, fish on ice, and frozen products. In a static display fridge without humidity control, the surface of unprotected meat dehydrates and changes colour, and the legal temperature thresholds for these product categories cannot be permanently guaranteed at +2/+8 °C. How it maintains the cold

Cooling is static, via natural convection: cold air descends over the products, warm air rises towards the evaporator, and the cycle repeats. There is no fan in the display area; the unit's only fan cools the refrigeration unit condenser. Temperature is set and read on the digital thermostat, and defrosting is carried out automatically and statically.

Curved tempered glass front

The curved glass widens the angle from which products are visible: front-row merchandise is clearly seen from the side and from above, not just head-on. This is the classic shape of the cold cuts section, instantly recognisable, and at the same time a thermal barrier between the cabinet and the sales floor. Storage beneath the display deck

The storage compartment underneath measures 294 × 55 × 25 cm and is accessed via 3 doors. Every metre of display fridge gives you a metre of buffer stock, right at the point of sale — a detail that makes a real difference on busy days.

Before ordering, check the width of the doors and the aisle through which the display fridge will enter the store, and leave a minimum of 10 cm clear at the back for condenser ventilation.

Operation

After transport, leave the display fridge in an upright position for a few hours before first use and level it using the adjustable feet. Clean the interior with neutral detergents, periodically check the condenser and the defrost water drainage, and keep the ventilation grilles clear. Operating and maintenance instructions.

Lengths and customisation

The series covers 100–400 cm, with 1 storage compartment access door for lengths between 100 and 150 cm, 2 doors between 170 and 250 cm, 3 doors between 300 and 350 cm, and 4 doors at 400 cm. Custom lengths are also available, with a lead time of 7–10 working days.

Weight, warranty and delivery

The display fridge weighs approximately 200 kg, so unloading and positioning in the store requires two people. Check the access route in advance: door widths, any thresholds, and, if applicable, manoeuvring space at corners.

12-month warranty. Should a fault occur during the warranty period, we ship the replacement part directly to the buyer so the display fridge can be returned to operation quickly, without transporting the equipment to a service centre. Full terms are available in the warranty terms.
