The 140 cm VF1000 display fridge is the mid-size unit of the range — the one sought by neighbourhood shops with a medium assortment: room for three or four product groups on display, behind curved glass, and 134 cm of storage space underneath.

Suitable Product Range

Cold cuts, salami, ham and processed meat products, whole or sliced. Packaged cheeses and dairy products. Vacuum-packed or pre-packaged meat. Salads, semi-prepared dishes and ready meals in packaging. In short, everything kept at +2/+8 °C that reaches the customer in a wrapper.

What falls outside its scope: unwrapped fresh meat, minced meat, offal, unwrapped poultry, fish on ice, frozen products. In a static fridge with no humidity control, the surface of unprotected meat dehydrates and changes colour, and the legal temperature thresholds for these products cannot be permanently guaranteed at +2/+8 °C. How It Keeps the Cold

Cooling is static, by natural convection: cold air descends over the products, warm air rises towards the evaporator, and the cycle repeats. There is no fan in the display area; the only fan in the unit cools the refrigeration unit's condenser. The temperature is set and read on the digital thermostat, and defrosting is carried out automatically and statically.

Curved Tempered-Glass Front

The curvature of the glass widens the viewing angle: front-row products are visible from the side and from above, not only head-on. It is the classic shape of the cold cuts counter, instantly recognisable, and at the same time a thermal barrier between the cabinet and the sales floor. Stock Below the Display Deck

The underneath storage compartment measures 134 × 55 × 25 cm and is accessed through 1 door. Every metre of display fridge gives you a metre of buffer stock, right at the point of sale — a detail that makes a difference on busy days.

Before ordering, check the width of the doors and the aisle through which the fridge will enter the shop, and leave a minimum of 10 cm clear at the back for condenser ventilation.

Operation

After transport, leave the fridge in an upright position for a few hours before switching it on for the first time, and level it on its feet. Lengths and Customisation

The range covers 100–400 cm, with 1 access door to the storage compartment between 100 and 150 cm, 2 doors between 170 and 250 cm, 3 doors between 300 and 350 cm, and 4 doors at 400 cm. Custom lengths are also available, with a lead time of 7–10 working days.

Weight, Warranty and Delivery

The fridge weighs approximately 80 kg, so unloading and positioning in the shop requires two people. Check the access route in advance: door widths, any thresholds, and, if necessary, manoeuvring space at corners.
