Display and Stock in the Same Floor Footprint

The display fridge occupies 350 × 90 cm of floor space and gives you, within that same footprint, a front-facing display area and a 344 cm storage compartment underneath. In a shop where every square metre has a monthly cost, the space beneath the display unit is no longer wasted.

The Straight Front Line

The straight glass gives a clean, understated profile that aligns neatly with the counter and the rest of the shop furniture — especially useful when the display fridge forms a continuous run with other modules. The flat surface is quick to wipe down and introduces no visual distortion, so products are seen exactly as they are. The curved-front version of the same display fridge is the VF1000.

The Top Surface Used as Display Space

Because it is flat, the straight glass gives you a usable surface directly on top of the display fridge. Many retailers use it for lightweight impulse products — sweets, confectionery, chewing gum, small items — right in the zone where customers are already queuing. In practice, you gain an extra linear metre of display space without occupying a single additional centimetre of floor area.

The surface is intended for lightweight merchandise only, not as a work surface or support for heavy loads.

The Temperature Range and Its Limits

The display fridge operates at +2/+8 °C, with static cooling by natural convection and no fan inside the cabinet. This is the correct regime for cold cuts, cheeses, packaged dairy products and vacuum-packed meat — and, for the same reason, unsuitable for unwrapped fresh meat, minced meat, offal, unwrapped poultry, fish on ice or frozen goods. Food-Grade Materials

The interior is food-grade stainless steel: chemically neutral, with no transfer of taste or odour, and a smooth surface that is quick to sanitise. The exterior combines powder-coated steel with toughened glass. The LED lighting renders the colours of cold cuts and cheeses accurately and introduces no heat into the cabinet.

Installation and Maintenance

It connects to a standard single-phase socket, 220–240 V / 50 Hz. After transport, leave the unit upright for a few hours before first start-up and level it using the adjustable feet. Allow a minimum of 10 cm clearance at the back and sides for condenser ventilation. Routine maintenance: clean with neutral detergents, check the condenser periodically, keep the drain clear. Weight, Warranty and Delivery

The display fridge weighs approximately 250 kg, so unloading and positioning in the shop requires two people. Check the access route in advance: door widths, any thresholds, and manoeuvring space at corners.
